Interactive Entertainment Law Group of North America Announces Merger with Bedoya & Visbal Abogados in Colombia

February 23, 2021 – Los Angeles, CA & Barranquilla, Colombia-The Interactive Entertainment Law Group, one of the largest game-specific legal teams in North America, has expanded into South America by announcing its merger with Colombia-based firm Bedoya & Visbal Abogados. 

Patrick Sweeney, founder and head of the Los Angeles-based IE Law Group said, “Our client base in South America has been consistently growing over the past few years. It makes sense to expand our services to reach deeper into this important region.  When I thought about the best way to do that, the fit with Bedoya & Visbal Abogados was an obvious choice.  They have the largest game presence in Colombia and one of the strongest client rosters in South America.  I’ve had the privilege of working with them as co-counsel on multiple matters, and I’m looking forward to working with them on a more integrated basis as we advance.”
