We are regularly called upon to advise our clients on sweepstakes matters, including rules and regulations.

Many of our clients develop, publish and distribute entertainment software and video games through Internet channels such as Steam and through mobile smartphone and tablet devices utilizing Apple’s iOS operating system or Google’s Android operating system through digital storefronts. We advise on and negotiate agreements with software and advertising analytics providers, with advertising providers, and with digital storefront operators. We also advise on regulatory matters relating to data protection, including drafting terms of use and privacy policies and advising on matters such as COPPA compliance as well as compliance with applicable regulations in Europe.
