Maria Carolina Visbal Heilbut is a graduate from the Universidad del Norte (Barranquilla, Colombia) and has a specialization degree in Corporate law from Universidad del Norte and in Corporate Tax Law from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. Since the beginning of her career as an attorney, Maria Carolina has worked with companies of all sizes on subjects such as investment rounds, acquisitions among other corporate matters.
Maria Carolina has worked for several law firms such as Alumbra Asesores, Tello Silva Abogados and Stewart & Carvajales Abogados. María Carolina directs the area of Corporate and Commercial Law where she advises both national and foreign companies from the video game and tech industries.
In her spare time Maria Carolina likes to play tennis, go to the beach, and spend time with her family.
